A day trip to Nagoya

29 Sep

I went to Nagoya in Japan with my high school friends last Saturday.
It took about two hours by train from Osaka.
It was my first time going to Nagoya.
We ate Hitsumabushi and Misokatsu which are famous foods in Nagoya.
Histumabushi is a kind of eel rice bowl(Una-Don).
There are differences between Hitsumabushi and Una-Don, but I can’t explain them.
Misokatsu is pork cutlet(Tonkatsu) eaten with a miso-based sauce.
Misokatsu is usually served with shredded cabbage.
You can see Misokatsu on cabbage in the picture.

Both of them were very delicious!
There are a lot of delicious food in Nagoya.
I’d like to go there again.

We also went to Nagoya castle.

We took a rest in a fancy cafe.
They served caffelattes with latte art.
It was amazing!!
